Please join the Latino Support Group Meeting, sponsored by SSTAR and the DAI.  In this month’s session we will learn about diabetes and exercise. We will be providing information on the importance of exercise and how it can help lower the risk of heart disease, a condition that is common in people with diabetes.  Exercise can also help you feel better about yourself and increase your overall health.  At the conclusion of the meeting we will enjoy a healthy lunch.  The presentation will be in Spanish and it is open to the public.
