Citywide Park Cleanup & YMCA Collection Day

Strap on your sneakers because May 22nd is all about getting down to the dirty work. Mayor Flanagan, in coordination with the Fall River Park Advocacy Group, will be hosting the first of many citywide park cleanup efforts. You can volunteer to help out your neighborhood park by calling the Park Advocates at 508-324-2405. The Fall River YMCA will be hosting their 1st Annual Collection Day on May 1st.
This is an opportunity for the public to responsibly dispose of old computers, air conditioners, TV’s and other small appliances. Just bring your items to the parking lot on North Main Street. For more information about acceptable refuse or drop-off fees, contact Angela Boffi at 508-675-7841x31
