Employment Opportunity - Program Manager

Full time position available in Saint Vincent’s STARR(Short Term Assessment and Rapid Reintegration) Program serving youth between the ages of 4 and 12 and their families; overall responsibility for clinical supervision of cases, staffing, intake, liaison with DCF, and all administrative aspects of compliance with the budget, regulatory, licensing and quality improvement requirements; provide direct clinical and case management services; complete psychosocial assessments, CANS assessments, and diagnostic summaries; provide some home-based clinical support for children and families; participate in after hours on-call support of the program and after hours admissions to Acute programs; assist with other agency programming initiatives.  Clinical master’s degree required; licensed or license eligible; five years related experience with two to three years previous supervisory experience required.
