Complete information about the Fall River Fitness Challege is available at www.FallRiverFitnessChallenge.com. Just click the link highlighted in yellow when the Greater Fall River Partners for Healthier Community comes up.

Links to sign-up forms, calendars and complete information about where to exercise are all listed in the left-hand column. Links to photos and YouTube videos are also in that column.

Team captains should be weighing in their team members this week and logging the information using the "Reprot Team Member Weigh-In Progress" link at the upper left of this page. And, while your at it, why not write a blog about your Challenge experiences? Blogs will be available to anyone who signs onto the Fitness Challenge group on the MyFallRiver.org web page.
