Learn More about Managing Diabetes at Saint Anne's Hospital's "Decoding Diabetes" Health Fair

Wednesday, June 22nd Saint Anne's Hospital invites you to learn about managing diabetes and about diabetes prevention. This free health fair will feature activities and presentations (in both English and Portuguese) by diabetes experts. Presentations will cover healthy eating, skin care, diabetes-friendly refreshments, equipment demonstrations, and financial services counseling. 

The fair will include representatives from related health and diabetes care programs, services and vendors, including:

Saint Anne's Hospital Sleep Center and Stroke Services, Pfizer, Medtronic, Diabetes Association, BMC Healthnet Plan, CeltiCare, Commission for the Blind,
Perkins Braille and Talking Book Library.

Saint Anne's will hold free drawings throughout the event, and Radio Voz do Emigrante/WHTB will broadcast live on the radio. Portuguese-speaking personnel and interpreter services will be available.
