The Katie Brown Educational program is a non-profit organization based on the belief that education is the foundation and channel for permanent change in attitudes and behaviors. The KBEP promotes respectful relationships by teaching alternatives to relationship violence.

V-Day Fall River's performance of A Memory, A Monologue, A Rant, and A Prayer is quickly approaching! These powerful and life-changing monologues were written by a number of different authors including Maya Angelou, Edward Albee, Jane Fonda and Eve Ensler, and will be performed by a group of talented actors working for change in our community.

This performance serves to raise awareness about global, national, and local violence against women, and what we can do to stop it. The proceeds from this V-Day event will be donated to the Katie Brown Educational Program as well as the V-Day organization.

Our Annual Breakfast will be held at McGovern's Restaurant on Wednesday November 3rd beginning at 8:00am-11:30am.  $20 per person.  RSVP to Beverly Souza at 508-675-5778 by October 22nd.  The topic this year is What you need to know about Bullying.  We welcome providers, parents, school personnel, bus monitors, etc..  We will have a business card raffle at the conclusion of the training.

The event will be held at our new facility at 10 Purchase St, 5th floor. Guests will be able to see the KBEP facility, meet our staff, and learn about the KBEP mission and curriculum. Refreshments will be served.
