Licensed clinician for innovative community-based behavioral health program serving children, adolescents, and their families within a wrap-around model of care.
Responsibilities include strengths-based assessment and treatment planning; home- and community-based individual and family therapy; supervision of youth mentors; communication of clients’ progress through case review meetings and case record documentation; and on-call clinical support of program on a rotational basis. The position requires a strong collaborative approach with other professional and para-professional staff, and with collaterals, including state agencies and insurers. Clinical master’s degree and license required; three to five years related experience with children, adolescents, and transitional age youth required. Schedule includes late afternoons/ early evenings and one weekend day.
