Therapeutic Mentors

Part-time positions(10-20 hours per week) to provide community and home-based behavioral health services for children, youth, and their families.

Responsibilities include one-on-one behavioral support and coaching; participation in recreational activities with youth to provide individualized emotional support; assisting caregivers in supporting the emotional/behavioral needs of their children; and communicating clients’ progress through meetings and written care plans. Strong team approach with licensed clinician and other professionals. Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in a human service field and at least one year’s experience working with children/adolescents/transitional age youth with significant emotional/behavioral needs. Will also consider candidates with high school diploma or GED and a minimum of two years of relevant experience. Must be 21 years of age or older. Flexible hours required, including evenings and weekends. Will provide transportation to clients within local communities; mileage reimbursement provided.
