Gangs or just a group of friends?

Yes! Gangs are recruiting your kids. In the past few years, many group of kids have formed their oun gang with their oun respective idea. Im not saying this is a bad thing, but seriously look at what your kids are getting into. They go to school, they meet new friends, and somethimes they don't feel like they fit in and there's plenty of BS going on at home and they feel as if their new friends are their new family.

OUTCOME OF THE DANCE

The fundraising dance was a success most people except me had fun at the dance because i was stuck outside doing line duty. But when i finally came in I had fun throwing beach balls at each other and watching people dance. I especially enjoy the dance battles that went on.Other then that the fundraising dance was a success and a lot of people had fun from what I can see.

Opinions On The Summer Fundraising Beach Dance...

The summer fundraising beach dance was a success. There were not too many but a good amount of people. Everyone was having fun and there was no problems at all. Everyone was either dancing or hanging out with friends and having a great time. The music we had at the dance was also great thanks to our DJ, DJ Dizzy. There were many prizes given away like gift certifacates, passes, and gift cards. The games and events were successful as well. There was a dance contest, limbo contest, best dress contest, and prizes being raffled. Refreshments were also sold as well.

Dance Turn Out

This past weekend the Peaceful Coalition Ambassadors threw a summer jam dance event for the youth of Fall River. The dance was a success. A nice crowd attended with good music in the background, d.j. by disc jokey Dizzy. The music was fantastic, I'd seen everyone bumping their heads and dance along to the music, including the staff members. Everyone was feeling the atmosphere. Lights flashing, beach balls passing around, refreshments and snacks served. Great prizes were offered to winners of the limbo contest and best dancer. All the party goers wore hawaiian style laids.

Under Age Liqour Sticker Prevention by B.O.L.D. Coalition(With The Assist Of Peaceful Coaltion Ambassadors)

Today we went to several liqour stores and put stickers saying "Hey You! it's illegal to sell achohol to people under 21" on a variety of different sold substances. The B.O.L.D. Coalition with the help of Peaceful Coalition Ambassadors, decided to do this sticker idea because the B.O.L.D. Coalition tested several different liqour stores by sending a underage customer to buy achohol, to see if liqour stores check for identifaction, and numerous have failed.

Peaceful & BOLD Coaliton with Sticker on Liquors

Today was the 2nd day of the Sickers on Liquors. We went to local liquor stores that violated the law of selling alcohol to minors and we put stickers on every box of alcohol beverages informing the public about it. This was runned Mr. Mike Aguiar and the Peaceful Coaliton Ambassadors assited him, along with BOLD Coalition and TADAH. There were numerous liquor stores that voilatd this and we done this to simply remind them. I feel that if we do more things like this that we can get more done and make the community better than where it is today.

Peaceful Coalition Community Clean ups

So far this past summer, the Peaceful Coalition members were involved with many neighborhood clean ups. We have cover areas in the Flint ,Cook Pond, Maple Garden Park, and Corky Row. We also were involved in clean ups at the housing projects like Sunset Hill, Heritage Heights, and Maple Gardens.Peaceful Coalition members work together as a team to pick up any trash or objects that have been left behind and littered. While collecting the trash, we wore cotton gloves and carried black bags that were filled with garbage that was left on the ground.

It is a proud day for Peaceful Coalition members to sign the Bill of Rights. They have Micheal Nhem that help present it, they have Mattew Nhem with the speech, and Ronnie Chhot there to sign as one of the Peaceful Coalition Leader. We even have two former group leader watching while the new members signing it. Who would ever thought the Peaceful Coalition would ever accomplished something so important in the Fall River community.
